Delivery and Return Terms for Easystrap

1. Delivery terms

Orders are typically processed and shipped three times a week. Delivery times vary depending on destination and shipping method. You can read more about delivery times here

2. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

Customers have the right to cancel their purchase within 14 days according to Swedish legislation. 
In addition to this, it offers EasyStrap an extended 30-day return policy for unused products. To initiate a return, contact us with the information from your order confirmation. The return shipping costs 59 SEK, and you will receive a return shipping label digitally from us. Once you have submitted the package and saved the tracking number, we are responsible for Easystrap for the return according to applicable consumer legislation. 
We will then deduct the cost of return shipping from your refund amount.
You have the right to use another shipping service yourself, but please note that we only take responsibility for deliveries made with our shipping label.

3. Complaints

Upon receipt of faulty or damaged products, follow the instructions in your order confirmation to initiate a complaint. This also applies if your product stops working during the warranty period. Like all serious players, we of course follow the Consumer Purchase Act and applicable Swedish legislation.
On EasyStrap We always want satisfied customers and we strongly believe in our products which have undergone rigorous testing. 4. Return conditions

Returned goods must be unused, or in new, resalable condition, and in original packaging. We reserve the right to make a price deduction corresponding to any decrease in value in cases where the product is not in new condition. 

5. Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you if your refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be processed immediately. Please note that it may take a few days for your bank or card company to process the refund.
